THE OPPORTUNITY: Our CNC Associates play a key role in supporting our CNC production department by helping ensure our machines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position focuses on machine setup and operation, maintaining product quality, and supporting day-to-day production needs in a high-volume manufacturing environment. (This role is for 2nd shift - 2PM - 10PM) This role is based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Setup, edit, and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding machines - Operate equipment within established cycle times and performance expectations - Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections to ensure product quality - Use precision measurement and inspection equipment - Follow engineering documentation including - Support teammates by assisting with equipment uptime and efficient production flow - Work safely around moving equipment and machine components while using required PPE (p...
