Job description

Operates radiographic and other related equipment and assists physicians as necessary to complete diagnostic and/or theraputic procedures for patients of all ages. Coordinates patient flow and responsible for producing quality images efficiently and safely. All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. Minimum: Preferred: - Graduate from an accredited radiologic technologist program. - Continuing education in radiologic technology. Preferred: - Valid California Radiologic Technologist certification. Valid California Fluoroscopy certification within 6 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum: - Ability to use specialized radiology and other health care equipment.
