Job Summary: Provides expert legal counsel and strategic support on complex litigation and regulatory matters, representing the company before agencies and forums, delivering legal risk training, and advising business leaders to protect corporate interests. Develop and deliver specialized training programs to business partners to enhance legal risk awareness and compliance, while offering proactive guidance and solutions on complex legal and regulatory matters.
