Job Description Summary The Senior Functional Leader – Tooling Fulfillment is accountable for defining and delivering the global vision for tooling demand fulfillment, asset orchestration, and lifecycle management across outage execution within the Integrated Services Management (ISM) digital transformation program. This role ensures that tooling demand generated upstream is translated into optimized allocation, dispatch, utilization, and recovery of tools across a global network of tool centers. Partnering closely with Tooling Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Demand Placement, and Field Fulfillment, the leader establishes a unified operating model where tooling availability is proactively aligned with outage schedules and execution needs.
