Job DetailsJob Location: 10 - Davenport Campus - Davenport, IA 52803The Registrar serves as the chief academic records officer of the institution and provides strategic leadership for all functions related to academic records, registration, curriculum management, enrollment reporting, degree conferral and student information system (SIS) administration. The Registrar ensures academic integrity, regulatory compliance, and data stewardship while delivering efficient, student-centered services that support institutional effectiveness and student success. As a member of the Student Affairs leadership team, the Registrar contributes to divisional strategy, retention initiatives, operational modernization and cross-functional governance. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Provide leadership, vision and oversight for the Registrar’s Office. Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with institutional policies. Supervise, mentor and evaluate Registrar staff. Establish performance metrics, service standards and continuous improvement plans.
