Krispy Kreme’s Market Sales Manager will manage execution, compliance, and growth across assigned customer locations. This role serves as the primary field-facing partner to customers, Operations, Logistics, and internal stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class execution while driving new distribution, display optimization, and revenue growth. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Customer Execution & Compliance - Conduct regular door audits at customer locations to ensure operational, quality, and merchandising standards are met. - Identify execution gaps and communicate issues to Operations and Logistics teams, following through to resolution. - Ensure customer locations consistently meet company and brand standards.
