Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: The Digital Plan & Permitting Program Manager IV governs Sutter Health’s enterprise digital building plans and internal permitting records as an authoritative system of record supporting Facilities, Real Estate / Asset Management, Planning & Construction, and regulatory compliance. This role leads the modernization and ongoing stewardship of the digital plan repository and permitting ecosystem, establishing standards for plan intake, validation, version control, and lifecycle management of construction and facility drawings. The Program Manager ensures plans and permit records remain accurate, traceable, defensible, and appropriately relied upon for operational, life safety, and compliance decisions within a complex healthcare environment. Partnering cross functionally, this role provides enterprise level program leadership to prevent plan drift, duplication, or misuse over time while enabling regulatory readiness, risk informed decision making, and improved customer experience.
