Job Posting External: Job Duties: - Business System Functionality Execution - Develop strong understanding of business systems, supplier management processes, and data requirements to effectively support supplier engagement. Maintain accurate supplier and part master data to ensure seamless operations. Partner with suppliers to establish and uphold expectations for timely and accurate submission of data and documents. - Cost Management and Quotation Support - Support quotation activities by preparing bid packages, collecting supplier responses, and participating in cost analyses. Contribute to tracking pricing and spend data for assigned commodities. - Technical and Quality Collaboration - Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to support qualification and maintenance of approved suppliers.
