Job Description: Position Title: Ohana Higher Level of Care Milieu Supervisor Department: Ohana Higher Level of Care Reports to : Assistant Nurse Director Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Ohana Assistant Nurse Director, the Milieu Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the therapeutic environment (milieu) of the adolescents in the higher level of care programs (residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient). This role involves ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and recovery of patients. Milieu Supervisors strive to ensure families are at the center of programming. The higher level of care core therapeutic programming is based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy within a milieu structure based on principles of behaviorism and learning. They utilize a level system in residential and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs as well as relational learning via Collaborative Problem Solving.
