Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support the Resource Manager in enabling efficient and structured resourcing for offshore wind service operations across Europe (Haliade 150 fleet). The role focuses on planning support, data management, and coordination activities to ensure visibility and accuracy of technician allocation, training status, and operational readiness. The Working Student will contribute to improving resourcing processes, reporting quality, and coordination between internal stakeholders (operations, training, HR) and external partners. This position provides exposure to offshore wind service operations and resource management in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities: Resource Planning & Data Support - Maintain and update resource planning trackers (technician allocation, rotations, availability, demand vs. capacity). - Support preparation and consolidation of weekly and monthly resourcing plans. - Assist in monitoring resource gaps and flag inconsistencies to the Resource Manager.
