We are looking for a Manager, Deal Desk to lead a team of analysts tasked with the operational efficiency for Five9's GTM teams. This role will comprise of managing team members and working with GTM teams to ensure revenue operations are running smoothly and helping to alleviate any roadblocks during the sales process. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end deal approval process, ensuring compliance with pricing, discounting and contractual guidelines. This Position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to accelerate deal velocity, mitigate risks, and drive revenue growth.
