We're looking for someone who can work with our designers to turn these inspirations into captivating, wearable designs that enchant and empower our customers. As Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process and execution of the brand’s design direction. Reporting to the Design Director, you will work alongside the buying, fabric, and technical team to drive creative innovation within the critical path timelines and commercial framework of the business. You will bring your design mentorship to the team and lead initiatives using sales performance and consumer data to drive decision making and will exercise a flexible working approach, with the ability to adapt to the operational needs of the team.
