Project Coordinator Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIs - Identify issues in scope and communicate with the external & internal teams/installers/vendors/customers for resolution - Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels - Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customer - Typically quote and place orders for brand conversion projects - Maintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questions - Collaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issues - Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best p...
