Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Dietitian to join our team supporting our Brooklyn site. The Dietitian plans and delivers nutritional information to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties: - Provides verbal, written, and/or demonstrations on various Medical Nutrition Therapies or general healthy eating based on patient's preferred education method considering health background, nutritional, cultural and socioeconomic history - Evaluates medical records to obtain necessary medical information to determine client nutritional status, needs, and develop nutrition care plans - Consults with physicians, nurse practitioners on appropriate nutritional intervention to improve client nutritional status - Evalu...
