Job description

The Regional Facilities Coordinator supports the operational effectiveness of multiple sites within designated region. This role ensures facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. The coordinator partners closely with the Regional Facilities Leader, local site managers/ teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality facility services and a consistent employee experience. This is a onsite position located in Neu-Isenburg, Germany. Oversee day to day building operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely maintenance, repairs, inspections, and the effective management of all CMMS /CAFM work orders and preventive maintenance programs Coordinate vendor activities—including maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, security, and waste services—by supporting onboarding, managing quotes and purchase orders, and ensuring full compliance with safety and contractual standards. Assist with safety audits, fire drills, inspections, and documentation to maintain alignment with internal standards, legal requirements, and sustainability frameworks across all regional facilities.
