About the Role: If you are passionate about our brands and products and eager to start your career in the commercial area, our Trade, Sales & Marketing Graduate Path is designed for you. This is a structured development journey where your final destination will be within our team in Trade Marketing or Marketing , while your first experience in Sales will serve as a fundamental learning phase to build a strong understanding of the business in the field. Your journey will begin in Sales , where you will take on the role of Field Key Account – Piedmont for an initial period of approximately 6–8 months. In this phase, you will work closely alongside our Field Key Account team, gaining direct exposure to customers and understanding how commercial strategies are executed in the market. After this first phase, you will transition into an office-based role within Trade Marketing or Marketing team , which represents the destination of your development path.
