The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This role assists with guest check-in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security. The schedule for this role is 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Friday - Sunday at $18.59 per hour. This role is also eligible for shift differential pay for hours worked outside of the regular day shift: Shift Differential Pay: - 10% — Monday through Friday, for hours worked between 6:00 PM - 12:00AM - 15% — Saturday and Sunday, for hours worked on weekends between 5:30AM - 12:00AM - 20% — For hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:30 AM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedure...
