Service Supervisor Department: Lease & Rental - Badgerland Idealease Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Milwaukee: Description: The Service Supervisor oversees daily shop operations, including scheduling repairs, assigning jobs, and monitoring progress to ensure timely, high-quality service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repair updates, and expected completion timelines. The Service Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all documentation is presented professionally while supporting a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: - Schedule maintenance and repair work, providing customers with accurate completion time estimates. - Assign work to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient completion. - Maximize the use of available direct labor hours to improve productivity. - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding service work. - Enter labor time on repair orders and daily reconciliation of clock time versus repair order time. - Assist with facilitation of work being coordinated with outside vendors and dealerships. - Maintain parts invent...
