Donut Fryer hours are 1:00am to 6:00am. Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is a 100% employee owned grocery chain with 10 locations in Southeastern Wisconsin. Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect: SCOPE OF POSITION: Reporting directly to the Bakery Department Manager, performs donut fryer and bakery functions in an efficient and timely manner. BASIC FUNCTION : Perform duties necessary to ensure bakery products are made, packaged and displayed per department requirements. May wait on and work with customers. Position Specific Requirements: EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED : Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment, which includes mixers, scales, fryers, knives, ovens, proofers, frosters, glazers, and sanitizing equipment. - Previous experience working in a bakery. - Able to perform Bakery operations, practices and procedures within a retail grocery-bakery environment. - Be self-directed, results oriented, project a positive business image and lead by example. - Good attention to detail and follow through skills. - Good customer relations’ skills. - Be able to meet departm...
