Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management. - Experience in recruiting, market research, people analytics or consulting. - Experience with qualitative or quantitative research. - Experience in project management, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - MBA degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience managing ambiguous, complex projects with successful, impact-driven outcomes in a global, matrixed environment. - Experience querying datasets in SQL, Python, or R. - Experiencing drawing insights from data and using them to influence executive stakeholders. - Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
