Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview: The Manager, Development (Acquisitions) plays a lead role in the development and execution of acquisition strategy and in the deal negotiation/structuring, financial analysis, deal execution and market research and analysis. The Manager reports to the Senior Vice President, Development. Responsibilities: - Works with others to develop a strategy to guide the Company’s acquisition focus areas - Does market research and analysis to identify acquisition opportunities - Obtains and analyzes business and financial information from target companies - Develops financial pro formas and models related to acquisition opportunities and works with operations to determine fits with existing operations including potential business synergies - Structures and negotiates transaction terms in consultation with the Senior Vice President, Development - Leads the due diligence process for potential acquisitions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other business-related advanced degree desirable One to four years’ experience in acquisition-related business/activities Experience developing financial models, pro formas and projections Knowl...
