Job description

Summary: Responsible for operations associated with inbound and outbound shipments and supporting the warehouse supervisors and leads. Duties: - Accurately schedule all inbound and/or outbound freight shipments. - Accurately document all inbound and/or outbound shipments. - Assist the Supervisor and/or Lead with maintaining flow of containers/orders on the floor. - Assist on the warehouse floor with breakdown and wrapping of pallets, labeling, unloading/loading trucks, etc. - Identify mistakes before they are received and/or shipped and record errors to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure documentation of processes and procedures are up to date. - Work with Supply Chain on shipments that have overages and shortages. - Create labels for international and/or domestic shipments as needed. - Accurately create export documents for international shipments. - Create packing lists for customer orders and transfer orders. - Assist with order processing. - Assist with receiving inbound shipments. - Assist with daily Cash orders. - Complete international shipping docs and consolidations. - Maintain WMS. - Other duties as assigned.
