The role supports key efforts across the AU Market Pantry, the Eagles Helping Eagles Program, and Student Affairs–Dining partnership activities, with a focus on increasing awareness, utilization, and student connection to available resources. The Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of AU’s basic needs initiatives and serves as a primary point of contact for students experiencing food insecurity and related challenges.
