The Billing Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries and issues related to charges, update and process payments, monitor billing emails, and provide backup support to job/data entry specialists. Education/Qualification: - Address customer inquiries regarding charges and resolve concerns promptly. - Process and update payments efficiently. - Monitor and respond to billing-related emails in a timely manner. - Provide backup support to job/data entry specialists as needed. - Handle billing inquiries via phone and take payments over the phone. - Process and maintain customer cancellations with accuracy. - Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of customer and employee information. - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. - Maintain an understanding of customer agreements and billing procedures. - Manage data entry in spreadsheets and reports, including installation jobs in the accounting system. - Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. - Participate in special projects and co...
