This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in their craft, enjoys solving complex mechanical problems, and wants to be part of a professional, high-performing shop environment. We are currently preparing for the expansion of our new 18-bay service facility, and we are looking for technicians who want to grow with us and help build one of the strongest powersports service departments in the region. The Master Technician serves as a technical leader within the shop, performing advanced diagnostics and repairs while assisting other technicians with complex issues. This position requires expert-level mechanical knowledge, strong diagnostic ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship and team success.
