Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite Stryker is hiring a Staff Systems Engineer, Product Owner for our Endoscopy division to help define and deliver innovative surgical visualization and operating room integration solutions. In this role, you will translate product vision into clear, compliant system and software requirements, partnering closely with Systems Engineering, UX, R&D, and Marketing. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Product Owner who excels in complex, regulated environments and wants to make a meaningful impact on high‑quality medical technology. Workplace flexibility : Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to either San Jose, CA or Flower Mound, TX but is expected to be onsite at the facility multiple times per week. What You Will Do: Convert product vision and strategy into clear system, functional, and technical requirements. Uphold Agile and Scrum principles, owning and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize customer and business value. Develop and refine user stories, workflows, logic diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with UX and engineering.
