Description The successful candidate will be expected to teach course work in both the undergraduate and graduate forensic science programs at University of New Haven. Some of these courses will be consistent with the faculty member’s area of expertise, and other course will be general courses such as Survey of Forensic Science. In addition this candidate must be competent in advising and mentoring students at various levels including both undergraduate and graduate level thesis projects. Research and professional development are key elements of this position as well. Qualifications: Minimum requirement is a Ph.D in natural sciences or some closely related forensic science discipline. Preferred area of interest is Forensic Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis. Practical experience and courtroom testimony is very important.
