Social Worker - Citywide Adults Impact Team (CWAIT) Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771 Working 36.5 hours per week: An opportunity has arisen to join the Citywide Adults Impact Team (CWAIT). This role is subject to hybrid working arrangements, with a non-negotiable requirement to be office based for up to two days per week. The postholder(s) will manage an array of a caseloads and support citizens as part of a citywide service. CWAIT is seeking seven qualified Social Workers to, applying a strength-based approach in maximising vulnerable younger Adults, whilst considering the effective use of Adult Social Care resources and provisions. Successful candidates must be qualified. Applications from new or newly qualified Social Workers are welcomed and will be supported through coaching and mentoring from dedicated Senior Practitioners, who provide daily oversight of social work teams. Additional guidance is offered by experienced practitioners, working alongside Senior Practitioners to deliver supervision and support your ongoing professional development.
