LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Location: Utica, NY 13502: Assignment Dates: 11/24/2025 – 2/22/2026 Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, every other weekend required Position Type: Contract Pay Rate: $38/hour Job Description: We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at a 40-bed facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care across multiple units. Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients with various needs, including medical-surgical, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care populations. Float between units as needed. Document care and observations accurately using PointClick Care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Requirements: Active New York State LPN license Minimum 1 year of LPN experience BLS certification (current): Must be flexible to float to all units
