This position combines direct desktop support with careful oversight of hardware and software inventories, promoting efficient resource use and adherence to company policies. This position is onsite, Monday - Friday, ranging from 7am - 6pm, at our corporate headquarters in Long Island City, NY.. NYC Salary range: $88,077 - $98,077 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location. What you'll do: - Respond promptly to user requests for assistance with desktops, laptops, printers, Iphone, and other peripherals via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary. - Imaging of PCs, Laptop, iPhone, Install, configure, and updating operating systems and applications. - Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including setup and decommissioning of user devices. - Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management system for all IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monit...
