Why join this team The Desktop Support Technician, specializing in Inventory Management, provides technical assistance to end-users and keeps precise records of IT assets and inventory. This position combines direct desktop support with careful oversight of hardware and software inventories, promoting efficient resource use and adherence to company policies. This position is onsite, Monday - Friday, ranging from 7am - 6pm, at our corporate headquarters in Long Island City, NY.. NYC Salary range: $88,077 - $98,077 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location. What you'll do: - Respond promptly to user requests for assistance with desktops, laptops, printers, Iphone, and other peripherals via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary. - Imaging of PCs, Laptop, iPhone, Install, configure, and updating operating systems and applications. - Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including setup and decommissioning of user devices. - Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management system for all IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monit...
