RESIDENT CARE & SUPPORT: Activities: - Provides care and support to residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including Bedding, Eating, Toileting, Transferring, Dressing, Grooming & overall well-being. - Supports residents with the following duties: transferring, repositioning, lifting, ambulating, weighing and other activities as outlined in their plan of care - Ensures resident rooms are conducive with a safe and support environment, including making beds and light tidying - Responds efficiently to call bells and relays information to appropriate health care professional - Effectively communicates to the RN/RPN, in a timely manner; resident information specific to assigned activities, observed changes in condition, and unusual occurrences, resident/family concerns, and resident behaviors - Supports residents at meal and snack times, measures and records fluid & dietary intake and output and relays data nurse - Operates mechanical lifts and utilizes assistive devices as directed - Ensures a resident centered approach to care is followed and residents are supported in their care wishes - Other related duties as assigned OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Activities: We believe in...
