Position Summary: Supports the maintenance department by accurately processing repair and maintenance invoices and maintaining records. Coordinates with vendors and ensures timely data entry into internal systems. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: - Receives, reviews, and processes incoming maintenance-related invoices. - Verifies invoice accuracy against work orders, purchase orders, and vendor agreements. - Communicates with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or incomplete documentation. - Enters invoice data into maintenance and financial systems accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintains digital and physical filing systems for invoices and maintenance records. - Assists in tracking...
