Wagner is hiring a Team Leader for our Pipe Bending Department—a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team, run equipment, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bender, fabricator, or machine operator ready to take the next step into leadership while staying close to the work. What You’ll Do: · Lead and support a team of operators to meet daily production goals · Set schedules and assign work to keep production on track · Operate and help set up pipe bending equipment as needed · Train and coach team members to improve skills and performance · Monitor quality and ensure parts meet specifications · Troubleshoot production or equipment issues · Track production metrics and support continuous improvement efforts · Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We’re Looking For: · Experience in pipe/tube bending, fabrication, or manufacturing · Previous leadership, lead, or training experience preferred · Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills · Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools · Basic math skills (fractions,...
