This includes preparing supplies, set-up and tear down, facilitation, and testing and prototyping activities. - Provide high quality customer service while communicating and engaging with visitors using making and tinkering facilitation strategies. - Support Museum Engagement Spark Team student employees & occasional volunteers in Design Den, ensuring they are comfortable and well trained in the space. - Work to keep storage closets and supplies organized. - Monitor supply inventory and coordinate reorders with STEM Programs Coordinator. - Assist in Planning and Facilitation of STEM Programs - Help with events and programs (activities).
