The role includes managing multidisciplinary teams across planning, preliminary engineering, environmental, and program delivery functions while coordinating closely with executive leadership, transit agencies, and public sector stakeholders to advance high-profile transportation initiatives. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing program management tools, governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance reporting systems that support effective program delivery and decision-making.
