Technical Manager Department: Technical: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Kyger Creek: Reporting To: Plant Manager: Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 / year Description: Supervise and direct the activities of the plant engineers assigned to the department. Coordinate the investigation and analysis of all testing, reliability and data evaluation in the operation of plant equipment. Ensure best practices are utilized in the maintenance, repair and calibration of plant controls, recording instruments, meters and gauges. Assist with the direction of engineers in assigned departments. Lead overall process improvement efforts, coordinating across all plant departments to improve plant reliability and cost performance. Direct all activities related to the plant asset health program. Member of the plant senior leadership team. Expected to align personal goals with OVEC/IKEC Strategic Business Plan, it’s the Mission, Vision and Values, as well as its Inclusion and Belonging efforts.
