Job Title Assistant Coach - Women's Basketball Department: Womens Basketball: Salary: Commensurate with experience: Job Summary/Basic Function: Assist the Head Women's Basketball coach in organizing and administering all aspects of our NCAA Division I women’s basketball program, including the oversight and management of the NIL program. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: day to day coaching of student athletes; individual skill instruction; recruiting athletically and academically sound, competitive student athletes that can compete at the NCAA Division I level; scheduling to enhance NCAA championship opportunities; assist with team travel planning; oversee and promote compliance of NCAA rules among staff, student athletes, and representatives of athletic interest; serve as a positive role model for student athletes; and assist Head Coach with managing assigned budgeted funds.
