The Senior Maintenance Mechanic associate may be called upon to lead a group of workers on a project, teach maintenance skills to other members of the department, and to review work of outside vendors and report discrepancies, as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: 1. Eight (8) years skilled trade experience (carpenter, painter, plasterer, HVAC, electrician, general maintenance). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Two (2) years trade school graduate. UFC/Universal License.
