We are looking for a HR Service Team to manage the day to day running of the HR Assistant team taking accountability of the team SLAs and daily tasks and activities. You will report into the HR Services Manager and be responsible for supporting the delivery of HR Services strategy and will contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and projects that support HR services. About the Role: the HR Services Team Lead managing the day to day running of the HR Assistant team taking accountability of the team SLAs and daily tasks and activities. They will act as a trusted professional and will be able to manage and advise on workload on a day-to-day basis across the team. They will act as a role model in the team and also be responsible for carrying out HR Assistant tasks, ensuring all cases are resolved timely and accurately and escalated where necessary.
