Job description

The Program Manager, HEDIS/AMP is responsible for owning and operating the end-to-end execution model for the AMP program, while supporting strategic alignment with broader HEDIS quality reporting initiatives. This role serves as the central point of accountability for AMP program delivery, ensuring timelines are predictable, scalable, and resilient in a highly regulated, client-facing environment. While AMP is distinct in structure and geography (e.g., CA AMP), the competencies required mirror HEDIS program leadership, including quality reporting oversight, cross-functional coordination, deadline management, audit readiness, and client engagement. The Program Manager designs and maintains a structured, capacity-aware execution framework that ensures operational rigor, reduces delivery risk, and enables program growth.
