The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $63,640. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's West Meadow program serves males 6 to17 with ASD levels 1 and 2. Trauma-informed treatment focus.With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program increases independence and self management.
