Department: 36918 Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital - Cardiac Cath Lab Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Cath Lab Cardiovascular Tech position that will support cardiology procedures at both Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and Naperville Freedom Drive Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Days of Operations: 4 - 10hr shifts per week. Mon-Fri. Departments closed on weekends and holidays. On-Call requirement: Must be able to arrive at Good Samaritan Hospital within 30 minutes for cardiac interventional call. Typically, 5-10 call shifts per month. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 $5,000 sign-on bonus! * *External candidates Position Requirements: Typically requires 2 years cardiac cath lab experience. Demonstrated proficiency in PTCA, EPS preferred , with an AAS in RTR, or RTN license. or a minimum of 5years experience as RTR or RTN experience preferred. ~Minimum of 12 CEU hours per year. ~This position will need to recognize the needs and behaviors of a variety of age groups of patients treated, i.e., normal patterns of adolescent behavior and look for signs of normal aging prior experience with various age groups is preferred....
