Your role at Samsonite: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will build trusted relationships across the organization to drive programs, policies, and procedures in support of Samsonite employees and business objectives. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, this position will consult with employees of all levels, coaching and guiding managers and employees across a variety of people-oriented concerns. The successful HRBP will have experience influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment and can make meaningful change.
