Your role at Samsonite: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will build trusted relationships across the organization to drive programs, policies, and procedures in support of Samsonite employees and business objectives. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, this position will consult with employees of all levels, coaching and guiding managers and employees across a variety of people-oriented concerns. The successful HRBP will have experience influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment and can make meaningful change. You will work on-site 4 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week. - Provides day to day support of employees in multiple locations utilizing HR expertise and perspective - Provides guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions - Partners with Shared Service teams to provide payroll, benefits and compensation solutions that drive business objectives - Partners with the HR Shared Services team on talent acquisition needs and manages the open roles process - In partnership with leadership, develops lo...
