POSITION OVERVIEW: The PM Engineering Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department and assists with maintaining all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems in a safe, efficient, and guest-focused manner. This role is a hands-on leadership position, working a 3PM to 11PM, shift responsible for supervising engineering associates, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. This position requires flexibility, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, 24/7 hotel environment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems. Conduct routine inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify maintenance needs and ensure brand standards are met. Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner to minimize disruption to hotel operations and guest experience.
