IT Operations Engineer

Job description

Tricentis is seeking to hire a IT Operations Engineer, with a focus around Identity and Access Management (IAM). The key individual should be able to manage the end to end operation of user and application onboarding and offboarding, user access reviews, and process workflow automation. Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and cloud applications, through the administration, proactive monitoring, and timely management of incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into secure infrastructure solutions that support our organizational goals. Participate in projects and initiatives that support infrastructure lifecycle management, integration, optimization, and deployment of new technologies. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, industry standards, and security requirements related to infrastructure and cloud. Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), SAML, OAuth, OIDC, two factor authentication, and privileged access management.
