Junior CRM Marketeer

Job description

We’re looking for a Junior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team at Parfumado. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and launching our CRM campaigns and owning the execution of our life cycle flows primarily across email. This role is perfect for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into lifecycle and retention marketing. You’ll help bring our CRM campaigns and journeys to life, from idea to send, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Retention & Loyalty Manager and support across email, and other CRM channels like SMS and DM. Your role as Junior CRM Marketeer Planning & Coordination: Help plan and maintain the CRM calendar (campaigns + automated flows) Translate ideas into clear tasks for copy, design, and build Support segmentation and audience selection: Keep timelines tight and projects moving Execution & Campaign Ownership: Build and launch CRM campaigns (email primarily) Own the execution of lifecycle flows (welcome, churn, reactivation, etc.) Coordinate with design, content, and data teams Make sure everything is delivered on time QA & Quality Control: Check campaigns before they go liv...
