We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as People & Culture Coordinator! What you'll be doing: People (HR) Coordination Working closely with our small People team, you’ll play a key role in the employee lifecycle: - Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance - Prepare letters and documentation - Support exciting people projects and initiatives - Assist with recruitment - posting roles, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews - Track and support probation reviews - Monitor absence management and ensure processes are followed - Produce reports on training, compliance, and HR metrics - Coordinate international employee travel (visas, insurance, risk assessments) - Organise and plan meaningful work experience placements Office & Store Coordination: You’ll be in charge of creating a workplace our staff love!
