About this opportunity This is a hands‑on role responsible for the accuracy, compliance and overall quality of payroll across our multi‑entity business. You’ll be the key point of expertise for payroll interpretation, problem‑solving and system knowledge. You’ll own Employment Hero payroll end‑to‑end, while also providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure consistency and compliance across all payroll processes. Your work will include: - Taking ownership of the payroll function across all Benmax entities - Managing Employment Hero payroll including configuration, pay runs, reporting and troubleshooting - Providing technical oversight and support for payroll processed in Sage - Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements and applying them accurately - Ensuring payroll is compliant with legislation, awards, agreements and internal policies - Strengthening payroll processes, controls and documentation - Managing statutory obligations such as PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, long service leave and year end requirements - Preparing...
