About the role: Provide the highest level of maintenance of the equipment, buildings and grounds of The Willochra Home in accordance with quality assurance standards and the policies and procedures of Barunga Village Inc Responsibilities of the role: Being responsible for the preventative maintenance program for all plant, equipment, fixtures, buildings and fire detection systems, Performing minor repairs as directed and completion of maintenance requests, Appropriate disposal of rubbish,: Maintain car parks, verandah areas, gardens and grounds in a safe, clean and aesthetic condition, Assisting staff with heavy lifting as required Performing local courier duties such as collection of stores, change over of medical gases, transfer of materials to associated businesses for repair etc Communicating effectively and document relevant information, Working to mainta...
