Senior EHS Specialist (M/W/D)

An excellent opportunity to join the EMEA EHS team in a position where you will be able to engage with production, office and lab teams to promote our EHS standards to ensure sustainability and the drive for continuous improvement. Safety is the core of our culture. You will be key in the effort to engage with all company staff operating within the Dortmund site to ensure adherence to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). Work with your key stakeholders to identify priorities and create an EHS focused environment where staff feel comfortable raising concerns and helping to minimize any EHS risks. Participate in different European projects that drive innovation and exceed customer expectations. Tasks: What will you do?: - Serve as the focal point for support and implementation of the corporate EHS programs and software systems. - Lead and/or participate in incident investigations, near misses and hazard identifications and ensure appropriate root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in line with corporate requirements.
